Know Your Diseased Organs From Your Face Map

Our skin is the largest organ of our body, and its main role is to protect our internal organs from pathogenic microorganisms that proliferate in our environment. However, with exposure to various external aggressions and multiple changes taking place inside our organism, its deteriorating state and skin problems can appear. It is precisely these changes that allow the Chinese facial map to reveal if one of your organs is sick. Find out what your skin condition reveals about your health.

According to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, the different parts of our faces are linked to our internal organs. Thus, any skin problem that occurs in one of these areas would actually be caused by a disorder or disease affecting the corresponding organ.

To help you better understand your skin problems, find out which organs correspond to different parts of your face, and how you can treat them.

1. The forehead: the bladder and the small intestine

If you suffer from skin problems on the forehead, this is usually due to excessive consumption of industrial foods and fats, which results in poor digestion and slow intestinal transit. Other factors that may also contribute to their occurrence include stress and over-consumption of sugar and alcohol.

To eliminate them, reduce your alcohol consumption and try to improve the quality of your sleep. Hydrate regularly too, and consume more raw natural foods to replenish your body with fiber and nutrients.

2. Between the eyebrows: the liver

Due to excessive consumption of meat, industrial foods, or certain food allergies, the stomach is forced to work more than necessary, which makes it tired, slows digestion and causes toxins to accumulate in the blood

It is therefore advisable to adopt a healthier diet, rich in fruit and vegetables, and to practice regular physical activity that promotes the elimination of waste through sweating.

3. The superciliary arch: the kidneys

The skin problems that appear in this area are caused by poor blood circulation, alcohol consumption, heart weakness, and smoking.

To treat them, it is important to stimulate kidney function by drinking plenty of water and reducing the consumption of sugary drinks, alcohol, and coffee.

4. The nose: the heart

If it is the skin of your nose that is prone to rashes, this shows that you suffer from bloating, flatulence, poor blood circulation, or hypertension. You probably also live in a confined space where the air is polluted.

So check your blood pressure and cholesterol level in your blood. Also, drink green tea to detoxify yourself and exercise regularly.

5. The upper part of the cheeks: the lungs

If you have skin problems on the upper cheeks or if you suffer from dark circles, they are usually caused by pollution, asthma or smoking.

Avoid exposing yourself to cigarette smoke or polluted air. Choose to go outdoors and incorporate some physical exercises into your daily routine.

6. Cheeks: lungs and kidneys

Sugar, junk food, stress, and smoking are all factors that contribute to the appearance of skin problems on the cheeks.
To treat them and prevent their reappearance, improve the quality of your diet and eat only fresh and natural foods. As for the cosmetic products you use, make sure you choose them of good quality.

7. The mouth and chin: the stomach

The elements that influence this part of the face are foods rich in sugar and fat, stimulants such as alcohol or coffee, spicy foods, stress and lack of sleep.

It is, therefore, time to restore your body’s balance by avoiding junk food and over-consumption of coffee and alcohol, and by adopting a healthy lifestyle.

8. The jaw and neck: hormones

When your jaw and neck are covered with rashes, be aware that the main causes are insufficient daily water intake, over-consumption of salt and coffee, and some seasonal foods.
Reduce your intake of caffeine, salt, and seasonal foods and make sure you drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.
Note: If despite all these changes, your skin problems persist, a medical consultation is required
